The Building of the Laughing Gull Bowl in Cape Hatteras, NC is nearing completion. There is now yet another great skate park / backyard bowl in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Starting the Project master skater and builder Ed D’Ottavio laid down the groundwork with the mini in Jason Slezak’s yard. He nearly completed the west bowl and then had to take off. That was when NC skate legend Marc Corbett arrived on the scene to wrap up the project.
