Today it was well not great for Kiting, on the other hand the surf was going off! The light house was packed with surfers. There were 15-20 on the first peak near the Jetty and another 20-30 to the south fighting over the second and third peaks. As i drove home to Waves i couldn’t figure out if the sunset was going to be a good one or not because of all the clouds and the haze. I got back home and decided to head out and shoot anyhow. To my surprise it turned into a pretty nice sunset. Here are some of the shots from today:

KP Boosting Session
Ryan had one of his client come down for the last few days. After work The three of us headed to KP for a super boost session. It was well, windy! it was averaging around 35 and Ryan went out on a 7 waroo, Nuzzi was on a 6m havoc, and john was out on a 5 waroo. I decided to go out on my smallest kite a 8m havoc. I defiantly had my PR hang-time. It was a fun short session with tons of big jumps before the hands and feet went numb. The images below were shot my Ryan’s Student Alex.

Frisco Shooting & Sushi at Charlies
Charlie invited some of us down to his place for a full on sushi dinner made by the man himself. It was absolutely fantastic to say the least. Nate, Zack and I headed down a little early to shoot and go surf at the Frisco Pier. Zack paddled out for a couple waves while Nate and i decided to take a couple shots.

GLK in Hatteras
A big group of guys headed down on the annual GLK Kite Trip to Hatteras this year. It was so great to see everyone that came and shame for those of you who didnt. We had a great time riding and partying all week. GLK rented 2 houses in Frisco. They guys scored some great windy and warm sessions. Overall it was a great week, and here are the photos to prove it:
