Time in Northern Michigan

Spring Michigan Kiteboarding
Great spring day at Sterling State Park with the Michigan Kiteboarding Crew. there was not a ton of wind but there was enough to get everyone out on the water for a fun session.

Kiteboarding Sterling State Park
It was a cold chilly gray day in Michigan. But it was windy so we headed down to Lake Erie to grab a quick kite session. The shoreline was cleaner than Lake St. Clair but the water was still as brown. We had a great quick session and called it a day.

The Traverse City Break
Mel and I headed up to Traverse City, MI for some family time. It was an unbelievable trip that i’m sure neither of us will soon forget!

Surfing in Holland Michigan
The sun was out, the waves were up and so was the wind. It was hard to believe it was December 13th and there were some 15 kites out and 10 surfers. It was a great day on the water. I surfed for a few hours then kited for the rest of the day. Amazing!
