  • Visiting the extended TC family

We were able to meet up with some of Mel’s long time friends this weekend. We lucked out with beautiful spring weather. It was so fun to see everyone and watch all the kids hanging together.

  • Lighting up the Ann Arbor Skate Park

We had a fun evening session. I broke out the strobes and shot for a few hours at the Ann Arbor Skate Park. The weather was perfect and we grabbed a couple of keepers.

  • Spring Lake Huron Surf

We traveled up to the thumb to find a few waves this weekend. The wind direction was great leading up to our mission, but it shifted North just before we arrived. By the time we headed out into the line up, the waves were on the small side. The wave that did make it in was really clean and provided a nice long ride. We surfed for 2-3 hours.

  • Ann Arbor Spring Skate

It’s been a fun few days with warmer weather. Here are a few to prove it.

  • Winter Skate Session

The crew got together for a Sunday skate. It was a bit cooler than anticipated, but we had a great time. Here are a few pics to prove it.

  • Quick Fall Ann Arbor Skatepark Session

The weather was great for a fall skate. It was a classic fall day. After I skated for a bit I took a couple of shots before heading home.

  • Fall Adventure to Muskegon

We headed to Muskegon, for what was supposed to be a strong S -> SW wind. Things didn’t quite pan out as expected. After much discussion, we decided to set up camp at North Muskegon park. It was a beautiful November day with warm temps and sunny skies. The wind picked up for a few hours and we were out riding without gloves, hoods nor booties. Though we didn’t get the best conditions I’ll take it any day especially one in November!

  • Late Fall A2Skatepark Session

We had an unusually warm spell, which meant that the skate park was packed. I headed over for a couple of laps, and took a few snaps before taking off.

  • Summer Rolls of Film

I shot two rolls of film from the late summer, one roll of Tri-x 100 and one Tri-x 400. These images are from Up North to down the street. I’ve really enjoy shooting portraits on this setup. When they are crisp they are crisp!
