We got to meet baby Maggie this weekend. She is one cute baby. Here are a couple of shots from our visit.

  • Meeting Quillber the Hedgehog

We had a great time meeting Quillber this weekend. He is the cutest (and only) hedgehog I have ever met. Quil hung out with us for a while licking some watermelon and cruising around the house.

  • Summer Rolls of Film

I shot two rolls of film from the late summer, one roll of Tri-x 100 and one Tri-x 400. These images are from Up North to down the street. I’ve really enjoy shooting portraits on this setup. When they are crisp they are crisp!

  • Hanging with Micah

We got to hang with Micah for a bit this past weekend. Here are a couple of photos:

  • Fall Day with Baby Kolette

It was a great fall day to shoot with Kolette and family!

  • Leica Summer Film Role

It was time to start shooting film again. I took out the Leica M5 this summer and shot a role of tri-x 400. It took a while to find a place to develop the film, but I found one and got the results. The exposure was clearly not correct on most of the images, but I was amazed at the clarity and feel of the images that did turn out.

It was so great to see them officially open their door with a still house and tasting room. We celebrated by taste testing their great cocktails and whiskies. After, there was a nice ribbon cutting ceremony. A huge congrats goes out to Chris & Moti!

  • A Butterfly Study

On a recent trip, we went to a butterfly exhibit and got to explore a ton of different creatures. It was so cool to see so many butterflies all in one place. I’m not sure I’ve ever seen so many before. They also had a collection of bugs and other insects from around the globe. Here is a little of what we saw…

  • Atomic Con – Behind The Scenes

The first Atomic Con Conference was a great time. We had two days of talks and in the evenings we enjoyed the rare time we all get together. The talks were informative, some were extremely technical, while others were fun and useful.
