The Traverse City Break
Mel and I headed up to Traverse City, MI for some family time. It was an unbelievable trip that i’m sure neither of us will soon forget!

Surfing in Holland Michigan
The sun was out, the waves were up and so was the wind. It was hard to believe it was December 13th and there were some 15 kites out and 10 surfers. It was a great day on the water. I surfed for a few hours then kited for the rest of the day. Amazing!

November on Lake Michigan
It was a great day on Lake Michigan, and it was hard to believe it is November. There were 10-15 surfers out and 5-6 kiters. We had fun chest high waves, even though we heard that the waves were better earlier in the day. The wind was great. It was slightly offshore and I rode my 12m really powered for hours.
